ABOUT jennifer

You’ve Got This!

Hi, I’m Jennifer, thanks for stopping by.

The 123 Momsquad podcast filled my need to find my mama crew. Since then it has grown into an outlet to help others redefine their lives with chronic illness.

Next came my kid books based on characters who have been in my world since childhood – Spiki & Alien.

Combining these two passions together still creates one whole Mom Squad. And I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a proud mama of 2 kids, a chronic illness warrior, author of kids books and motivational speaker.

I live in Buffalo, New York, with my amazing family, and have suffered from several chronic illnesses for over 20 years. After many surgeries, suffering from endless chronic fatigue and pain and more hospital visits than I could count, I realized that I’d been struggling for way too long.

So, I decided no more. I stopped letting my chronic illnesses define me and started to manage my symptoms and love my life again!

123 Momsquad is here to support you through our offers, podcast, books, public speaking and content.

So, let’s lift each other up and empower our minds and bodies to do amazing things!

If you get tired, learn to rest not quit.

Secrets for Thriving with Chronic Illness

As a daughter, sister, wife, author, mentor and mother of two amazing teens, I’ve faced over 20 years of battling various illnesses and chronic pain.

The persistent health issues, combined with the demands of motherhood, led me to a place of feeling lost and overwhelmed.

Through a journey of self-discovery and healing, exploring the depths of my inner spirit to address both mental and physical traumas, I found ways to cope.

Now, I’m honored to serve other moms and help her learn to live her life. Support her teaching her kids that their mom is strong and capable.
You can listen to the new 123 Momsquad podcast on Apple iTunes, Spotify, Google, Overcast, Breaker, Cast Box and Pocket casts.

More Better Days

Finally…a supportive space for moms facing autoimmune challenges

You can have “more better days” even with your autoimmune challenges.

As moms, we strive to have great days all the time and get bogged down when we have a “bad” day.

What if we shift our thinking into how we can have more better days, releasing the pressure and allowing ourselves grace.

These events are a safe, supportive place to share practices, tips and inspiration to help all of us rise.

Virtual Zoom Event – Wednesday, April 10, 1 -2 pm EST

Corny jokes are my specialty so if you’re feeling down, head this way : )when you’re just having one of those days, I hope I can make you smile and share some words of wisdom from my own experiences that can help. And I always throw a motivational quote in there as well!

Jennifer as FEATURED IN...

The adventures of spiKi & Alien

Perfect for children ages 4-6 years old

Jennifer’s love for creativity started early on. When she wasn’t dancing, she loved to create anything and everything – drawing, sewing, coloring, and writing poems kept her busy

She joined her family business after high school and worked along side her father for over a decade. After having her second child, Jennifer decided to leave the familty business in order to love and care for her growing family. Her children learned quickly that their mom enjoyed coloring and creating; just as they did. They also took note of two certain characters which appeared again and again. These two characters, who were with Jennifer since she was a child, were left everywhere she went (they appeared on notepads, every birthday and Christman card, napkins at restaurants, and anywhere else Jennifer could place them!).
